Cindy Bittner
Cindy is proud to be a member of large Colorado family that goes back several generations in the Denver area. Cindy started in 1983 as a recording clerk in a title department. Over the years she has had the opportunity to hold many different roles in escrow, title and escrow accounting, as well as her team lead and management positions. The majority of Cindy career has been spent as an Escrow Officer. Cindy firmly believes that the protection title insurance provides is foundational in securing the American dream of homeownership. Cindy has witnessed many changes in the title, mortgage and real estate industries and is committed to furthering the advancement of technology to not only simplify the consumer’s experience but also aid in transparency of the transaction.
Matt Leigh
Matt grew up in Colorado Springs Colorado, and currently lives in the Denver/Metro area with his wife and their two children. Since 2009, Matt has unleashed his entrepreneurial energy into the real estate industry building multiple real estate teams, a real estate investment holding company and two full-scale brokerage firms.
Principal Title was born out of Matt’s desire to bring a fresh new look to an industry that is ripe for revitalization and innovation. As CEO and founding partner, Matt’s focus is ensuring that Principal Title executes its vision of enhancing the consumer experience through technology and efficiency, while still maintaining the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Natalie Gold
With over 20 years of experience in the title and real estate industries, Natalie brings exceptional knowledge, leadership, and dedication to every transaction she oversees. Before joining Principal Title, she served as President of Rocky Mountain Title, where she led operations, strengthened client relationships, and built a strong reputation for excellence and reliability in every closing.
Her extensive background also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Default Resolution Network, a division of Fidelity National Financial, as well as previous roles with Land Title and Equity Title. In addition to her title expertise, Natalie’s experience as a licensed realtor gives her a unique understanding of the client and agent perspectives throughout the closing process.
Natalie is passionate about creating seamless, stress-free transactions and ensuring every client feels valued and supported from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert, who assists local realtors with foundation and structural repair of homes, and cheering on their four active boys at their sporting events.
