Vice President of Title and Escrow
Cindy Bittner serves as Vice President of Title and Escrow for Principal Title, where she combines industry expertise with a genuine passion for building relationships and serving others. She believes that while every transaction is important, it’s the people behind the transaction who matter most.
Throughout her career, Cindy has been committed to creating an exceptional client experience by providing clear communication, trusted guidance, and personalized support every step of the way. Whether working with REALTORS®, investors, lenders, attorneys, builders, or homeowners, she strives to make the closing process smooth, stress-free, and successful.
Known for her approachable personality and servant-hearted leadership style, Cindy takes pride in being a trusted resource for her clients and business partners. She enjoys helping others navigate complex situations, find solutions, and achieve their goals with confidence.
As a leader at Principal Title, Cindy is passionate about fostering strong relationships, developing high-performing teams, and creating a culture centered on integrity, excellence, and genuine care for others.
When she’s not working, Cindy enjoys spending time with family and friends, investing in her faith and community, and encouraging others both personally and professionally.
Matt Leigh
Matt grew up in Colorado Springs Colorado, and currently lives in the Denver/Metro area with his wife and their two children. Since 2009, Matt has unleashed his entrepreneurial energy into the real estate industry building multiple real estate teams, a real estate investment holding company and two full-scale brokerage firms.
Principal Title was born out of Matt’s desire to bring a fresh new look to an industry that is ripe for revitalization and innovation. As CEO and founding partner, Matt’s focus is ensuring that Principal Title executes its vision of enhancing the consumer experience through technology and efficiency, while still maintaining the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Jennifer Thompson
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and the real estate industry, combining a strategic, detail‑focused approach with a deep understanding of Colorado’s dynamic market. With a strong background in accounting, finance, and operational leadership, she plays a key role in guiding Principal Title’s financial health and long‑term growth. Outside of work, Jennifer stays busy with her husband and three boys, balancing family activities and enjoying time together throughout her home state.
